Terms of Service

EcomHub lets merchants manage orders, inventory, shipping, invoicing, finance and customer service across connected sales channels and providers. Features may evolve; we may add, change or retire functionality, and we announce material changes in the product changelog.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for the people you invite to your organization and for their actions in the Service.
• You may not use the Service to send unlawful communications (including spam), infringe third-party rights, probe or disrupt the Service, or resell it without our written consent.
• When you connect third-party services (sales channels, couriers, Meta, Google and similar), you confirm you are authorized to grant EcomHub that access and that your use complies with those services' own terms.

Your business data remains yours. We process it only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data and can request deletion as described on the Data Deletion page.

Paid plans are billed in advance per billing cycle and are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice, effective from the next billing cycle. Usage-based features (e.g. calling minutes, messages, AI usage) are metered and billed as shown in the product.

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" without uptime guarantees unless separately agreed in writing. Some functionality depends on third-party services (couriers, marketplaces, Meta, payment and messaging providers) whose outages or changes are outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in that period. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or losses caused by third-party services or by data you or your team submitted.

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms, with notice where practicable. Upon closure, data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy and Data Deletion pages.

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania and the courts of Romania have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Contact: legal@getecomhub.com.
